Ownership at Ocean Cove

Within the Owners’ Lounge we have a 15m indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room and gym. Private owners may use these facilities Mon – Sat: 8.30am – 5pm / Sun: 9.30am – 5pm. * 

We also have a laundrette on site. Private owners have 24hour key access to the coin operated washing and drying machines.

Pitch Fees at £7,289.30 per year.

Gas & Electric which is metered and billed quarterly.

Leisure Home Insurance which must be arranged through a specialist holiday home insurer.

No, Ocean Cove is not a residential estate. However, we are open 12 months a year for holiday use. Lodge owners must have a permanent residence elsewhere. We request proof of home address on a regular basis.

Subletting is not permitted at Ocean Cove. However, your family and friends are very welcome.

Yes, we will require a 10% deposit before a holiday home can be taken off the market. The full balance must be paid to Ocean Cove Limited at least one working day before completion can take place.

Use of the pitch that your holiday home is situated on, local authority rates, water & sewerage, grass cutting, pitch maintenance, street lighting, refuse collection, road maintenance, underground services & gated entrance. Pitch fees run from 1st March each year. We review the pitch fee every November for the following year. 

Most sales complete within a month of the deposit being paid. However, this is something that must be discussed and agreed with the current owner.

No, you will own the holiday home itself but not the land. Private owners have a licence to occupy for a set number of years.
