Terms and Conditions for the £5,000 discount voucher offer for new lodges at Ocean Cove
1. Introduction
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to the £5,000 discount voucher offer (“Offer”) for the purchase of a new holiday lodge at Ocean Cove.
1.2 By claiming and using the voucher, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Offer is available to individuals aged 18 or over who are purchasing a new holiday lodge at Ocean Cove.
2.2 The voucher is valid only for new holiday lodges and cannot be used for pre-owned or resale lodges.
2.3 The Offer is open only to new customers who have not previously purchased a lodge at Ocean Cove.
3. Voucher Redemption
3.1 The voucher entitles the holder to a £5,000 discount off the total purchase price of a new holiday lodge at Ocean Cove.
3.2 To redeem the voucher, the holder must complete the purchase of a holiday lodge before 1 August 2025.
3.3 The voucher must be presented at the time of signing the sales agreement for the lodge.
3.4 The discount applies to the total sales price and cannot be used against site fees, maintenance fees, or any other costs.
4. Booking a Viewing
4.1 To qualify for the Offer, the participant is encouraged to book a private viewing before 6 May 2025.
4.2 Viewings are available by appointment only and must be scheduled through the Ocean Cove sales team.
5. Restrictions and Limitations
5.1 The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or resold.
5.2 The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or incentives.
5.3 The voucher is valid for one transaction only and cannot be used across multiple purchases.
5.4 Ocean Cove reserves the right to withdraw or modify the Offer at any time without prior notice.
6. Purchase Agreement
6.1 The purchase of a holiday lodge at Ocean Cove is subject to a separate sale agreement, which will outline the full terms and conditions of the transaction.
6.2 The buyer is responsible for understanding the full costs associated with ownership, including site fees, utility charges, and maintenance obligations.
7. Liability
7.1 Ocean Cove is not responsible for any technical failures, lost emails, or other issues that may prevent participants from claiming or redeeming their voucher.
7.2 Ocean Cove’s decision on any matters related to this Offer is final.
8. Governing Law
8.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
8.2 Any disputes arising in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
